  1. Mainland Portugal
  • DPD Business: Delivery by the end of the next business day after collection.
  • DPD Home: Home delivery on the next business day after collection.
  • DPD Business 10 and 13: Guaranteed deliveries by 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM on the next business day, respectively.
  • Saturday Deliveries: Available for Business Saturday and Home Saturday services until 1:00 PM.

 

  1. Islands (Madeira and Azores)
  • Delivery times for the islands vary depending on the specific destination:
  • Madeira: 2 business days (with the exception of some postal codes which may take 3 days).
  • Porto Santo: 5 business days.
  • Azores (S. Miguel): 2 business days (with the exception of some postal codes which may take 3 days).
  • Azores (Terceira): 3 business days
  • Azores (Faial, Santa Maria): 4 business days.
  • Azores (Pico, Corvo, S. Jorge, Graciosa, Flores): 5 business days.

 

  1. Spain and International
  • Peninsular Spain: Deliveries within 48 hours.
  • Europe (Road Network): Indicative average delivery times that vary according to the destination country (generally between 2 to 6 business days).
  • International Air (DPD Express): Urgent service to any part of the world (delivery times depend on the geographical zone).

 

  1. Parcel Shop Networks (Pickup)
  • DPD Shop: Parcels are delivered to a Pickup point for customer collection, usually on the next business day after collection within the national territory.
